Gyde Health, Inc. ("Gyde Health," "we," "our," or "Company") operates as a licensed Medicare and ACA brokerage subject to oversight by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ("CMS") and applicable state Departments of Insurance.

Use of this Site and any related communications with Gyde Health brokers or our AI-powered virtual assistant are governed by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable federal and state laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and CMS’s Medicare Marketing Guidelines (42 C.F.R. §§ 422.2260–422.2276).

All content provided on this Site is for educational purposes only and is not intended to steer or influence enrollment decisions. 1. Program Description

Gyde provides text message reminders, scheduling assistance, and customer support during insurance enrollment periods and related health coverage activities. Message frequency will vary depending on enrollment windows, user preferences, and customer interactions.

Recurring Message Disclosure: This program may send multiple messages per month as needed for scheduling, reminders, and coverage-related updates.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS/RCS service at any time by texting STOP to Gyde. After you send the message STOP, we will send a confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. After confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again by replying START or re-enrolling in the program.

3. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive messages from Gyde, you consent to receive recurring informational and service-related text messages from or on behalf of Gyde Health at the number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Supported Carriers

Supported carriers may include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Participation of carriers is subject to change, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will use your information only to provide enrollment-related reminders, scheduling assistance, and related customer support. We will not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes. 8. Data Security

All communications are transmitted using secure systems; however, text messages may traverse third-party carrier networks outside of Gyde Health’s control. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this limited risk.

9. Eligibility

This program is intended for U.S. residents aged 18 or older.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Mobile Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL and become effective immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law.

12. Promotions and Sweepstakes (If Applicable)

If Gyde Health runs any text-based sweepstakes, contests, or promotions, additional program-specific rules will apply and will be linked or provided with the specific campaign message.
